E-CREWING is a maritime crew agency based in Odesa — Ukraine's largest seafarer hub. We recruit and supply qualified officers and ratings for tanker, gas carrier, bulk carrier, and general cargo fleets operated by shipowners across Europe and worldwide.
For the majority of our clients we deliver professional crew agency services: candidate sourcing, competency vetting, flag state documentation, and crew change logistics. For selected principals we take on full crew management — acting as a dedicated crewing department that handles every stage from first interview to re-engagement.
Our database holds over 50,000 seafarer profiles built over years of active recruitment in the Ukrainian market. We know the pool, we know the standards, and we deliver crew that is ready to join — on schedule and fully documented.
